The Cell Dogs program at the Red Rock Correctional Facility in Eloy, Ariz., pairs rescued and stray dogs with inmates. The inmates many of who are serving life sentences train the dogs daily and live with them in their cells. After eight weeks the dogs are put up for adoption.
